Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• 15+ years of oil and gas experience in a similar role.
• 5+ years in large-scale EPC projects in the Middle East, preferably ADNOC Group.
• Proven experience in Operations Readiness, Commissioning, or Start-Up roles.
• Familiarity with ADNOC Engineering Standards and international codes (API, ASME, ISO).

Responsibilities

• Lead OR&A activities for Mechanical System across project phases.
• Review and validate engineering deliverables (P&IDs, datasheets, specifications).
• Ensure mechanical integrity and reliability strategies are in place (RBI, PM, CBM).
• Support development of maintenance strategies and procedures.
• Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIMOPS, and other safety/technical reviews.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Commissioning, and Operations teams for handover.
• Verify documentation, training, spares, and maintenance strategies prior to start-up.
