Job summary

Penspen in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Engineer, Project to lead and coordinate engineering and execution on Oil & Gas PMC projects. The role focuses on delivering scope, schedule, and budget compliance in a high‑profile environment.

You will plan engineering activities, review designs, liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and support scheduling and progress reporting to drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 15+ years of oil and gas experience in a similar role.
• ADNOC PMC experience is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project engineering activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Review design documents, drawings, and technical deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Identify and resolve technical and execution issues promptly.
