Job summary

Fujairah Building Industries seeks an experienced Strategic Mechanical Asset Manager to lead the maintenance strategy for plant equipment, utilities, and systems. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective activities across insulation-focused production areas and manage ERP work orders and cost analytics.

The role requires 10–15 years in quality/process management in heavy manufacturing, strong English communication, and expertise in ISO 9001 and SPC.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Quality and Process management within insulation, glass, or heavy manufacturing.
• Expert knowledge of thermal insulation standards and ISO 9001 systems.
• Experience with SPC (statistical process control) techniques.
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS for quality data logging and production analysis.
• Strong leadership to guide engineers and technicians under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic mechanical maintenance plans for plant machinery and auxiliary systems.
• Direct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across critical production areas.
• Oversee work orders, equipment history logs, and maintenance cost analytics in ERP.
• Plan and coordinate major shutdowns and capital machinery installations.
• Coordinate with procurement for spares and vendor management; enforce safety standards.
