Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer – Plumbing & Drainage to lead on-site execution, review technical submittals, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

You will coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues and support testing, commissioning and handover. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 10–15 years of total experience (10 years Gulf experience mandatory), and strong expertise in plumbing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Total Experience: 10–15 years.
• Gulf Experience: 10 years (mandatory).
• Strong experience in Plumbing, Drainage & Water Supply Systems.
• Hands-on exposure in Villa Projects and High-Rise Buildings.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE authorities’ regulations (DEWA, DM, Civil Defence, etc.).
• Ability to handle design review, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Strong coordination with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plumbing and drainage works on-site.
• Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Support testing, commissioning and final handover activities.
