Job summary

Euro Gulf Techno Services L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead MEP projects across HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting. You will ensure installations meet design specifications, comply with authority regulations, and align with project timelines.

The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver on schedule and within quality standards. UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in MEP/Construction (UAE preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations (DCD, DM, DEWA, DSO, Trakhees).
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, LPG, and mechanical shop drawings and specifications.
• Prepare material submittals, method statements, and project execution plans.
• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and standards.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and fit-out teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage submissions and approvals with Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, DSO, Trakhees, and other authorities.
• Evaluate suppliers, verify material compliance, and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure installations meet QA/QC standards and HSE requirements.
• Lead testing and commissioning activities for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain daily reports, inspection requests, as-built drawings, and project close-out documents.
• Guide junior engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
