Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Experience with Revit and BIM workflows in UAE healthcare, residential, commercial sectors.
• Knowledge of UAE codes and standards.
• Professional accreditation is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems using Revit per codes and client requirements.
• Create detailed Revit models for HVAC, piping, and equipment layouts.
• Coordinate with architecture, electrical, and structural teams for integrated designs.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and conduct clash detection.
• Prepare drawings, schematics, specifications, and schedules for construction.
• Support project planning, timelines, and resource management.
• Validate designs for accuracy, quality, and standards.
• Identify and resolve constructability issues with BIM and design teams.
• Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions.
