Job summary

Al Ghurair Investment LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage store and warehouse operations for power project sites in the UAE. You will coordinate receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, issuance and dispatch of materials and equipment, ensuring traceability and quality compliance.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, Engineering and Finance to meet material requirements, track stock, manage high-value items like transformers and switchgear, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Typically 8–12 years of relevant experience in stores, warehouse, inventory, or materials management, preferably within power, EPC, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Experience in managing project stores and warehouses for large-scale power or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall store and warehouse operations for power project sites.
• Coordinate receipt inspection storage preservation issuance and dispatch of materials and equipment.
• Establish and maintain material control systems to ensure accurate inventory and traceability.
• Ensure timely availability of electrical, civil, mechanical, and MEP materials as per construction requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Construction Planning, QA/QC, Engineering and Finance teams for material requirements and deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment to avoid shortages or delays.
