Qualifications

• 12+ years in infrastructure projects, with UAE/GCC experience
• Strong reporting, MS Office, AutoCAD basics, and lab management
• Stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Review material submittals and obtain approvals per standards
• Coordinate material testing and scheduling at site
• Inspect work to ensure contract compliance
• Maintain project files and daily diaries
• Prepare daily reports and documentation as required
• Verify only approved materials are used
• Identify issues with materials and propose solutions
• Collect and file COF, MSDS, and inspection tags
• Provide guidance to junior staff
• Contribute to safety and quality control reports
