Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a highly qualified Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background in infrastructure and/or master planning to lead and oversee the design of complex Land Development projects in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have extensive planning and design-stage project management experience and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams from inception to completion, ensuring regulatory alignment and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven project management experience on the planning and design of large and complex Land Development projects in the UAE.
Extensive planning/design-stage project management experience with strong technical understanding in land development disciplines.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary land development teams from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership – Lead and manage Land Development master planning and design projects (Master Planning, Transport Planning, Roads, Utilities, Landscape).
Team Management – Build and lead cross-functional project teams with mentorship and motivation.
Client Interaction – Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and ensure deliverables meet client expectations within budgets.
Risk Management – Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Scope and Schedule Management – Develop WBS, create schedules, monitor progress and manage changes.
Quality Management – Apply WSP processes to maintain project quality across the work.
