Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Land Development projects in the UAE and KSA. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in Land Development disciplines, including Civil Engineering and Master Planning. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, leading teams, and ensuring quality in deliverables. Strong client relationship management is essential. This position will require periodic travel to KSA.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience on large and complex Land Development projects in the Middle East.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Land Development discipline.
• Degree in Land Development discipline such as Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Land Development Projects ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to meet or exceed expectations.
• Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project quality and implement WSP processes.
