Job summary

Datahash is seeking a senior digital analytics engineer in Dubai to lead complex client onboarding, design scalable tracking solutions, and own technical delivery from requirements through launch. You will architect GTM, server-side GTM, GA4, and API integrations, mentoring juniors and supporting presales with discovery calls and proposed architectures.

The role requires 5+ years in MarTech/AdTech, strong JavaScript, SQL, BigQuery, and cloud experience on GCP or AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital analytics, MarTech, AdTech, or technical operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience designing REST API integrations and server-to-server data transmission.
• Proficiency with SQL, BigQuery, and data-validation techniques.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client onboarding, tracking implementations, audits, and troubleshooting engagements.
• Design scalable technical solutions for web tracking, server-side tracking, Conversion APIs, and first-party data integrations.
• Own technical delivery for key enterprise clients from requirement gathering through launch and monitoring.
• Architect and review implementations using GTM, server-side GTM, GA4, APIs, SQL, and BigQuery.
• Lead integrations with advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Diagnose complex issues involving JavaScript, data layers, cookies, and API payloads.
• Mentor junior and mid-level team members through technical guidance and project support.
• Support presales by participating in discovery calls and defining proposed architectures.
