Concept Six in Dubai is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to lead positioning, campaign strategy, and account direction for a portfolio of clients across real estate, hospitality, and B2B. You will work directly with founders and senior client stakeholders.

You will partner with creative and performance teams to turn strategy into campaigns and own the numbers behind them, while mentoring junior strategists and shaping internal frameworks. Core hours with flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a marketing strategy, brand, or account leadership role.
• Agency experience preferred and track record of strategy decks clients approve.
• Strong grasp of brand and performance marketing fundamentals.
• Comfortable owning client relationships, not just deliverables.
• Based in or able to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic planning and positioning for 4-6 client accounts.
• Translate business goals into channel strategy, content angles, and briefs.
• Present strategy and reviews directly to client stakeholders.
• Partner with creative and performance leads to align execution with strategy.
