About The Role

We are looking for a versatile Marketing Specialist to take ownership of campaigns, social media, customer engagement, and initiatives that drive business growth. You will turn high-level ideas into action, manage multiple projects, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

The Main Event: What You'll Drive, Build, and Own

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media, email, WhatsApp, and other engagement channels.
• Create clear briefs for designers, videographers, editors, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality content delivery.
• Manage posting schedules, track performance, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and audience growth.
• Support lead generation initiatives including story reply flows, comment-to-DM journeys, WhatsApp opt-ins, landing pages, and lead magnets.
• Map and optimise customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Assist in planning and executing internal and small-scale external events, contributing creative ideas to enhance impact.
• Coordinate with teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and at high standards.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform dynamics, automation tools, and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance.
