Job summary

Huspy is seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist to own campaigns, social media, customer engagement, and initiatives driving business growth. You will turn high-level ideas into action, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

You will plan and optimize campaigns across channels, brief designers and creators, manage schedules, and drive lead generation and retention. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing, communications, or related roles in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience managing social media channels, campaigns, and audience engagement.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, or analytics tools.
• Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media, email, WhatsApp, and other engagement channels.
• Create clear briefs for designers, videographers, editors, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality content delivery.
• Manage posting schedules, track performance, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and audience growth.
• Support lead generation initiatives including story reply flows, comment-to-DM journeys, WhatsApp opt-ins, landing pages, and lead magnets.
• Map and optimise customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Assist in planning and executing internal and small-scale external events, contributing creative ideas to enhance impact.
• Coordinate with teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and at high standards.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform dynamics, automation tools, and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance.
