Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya, a specialty coffee and food & beverage company in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive growth in Abu Dhabi. You will manage all marketing platforms, develop campaigns, and strengthen the company profile.

You will work with management to achieve marketing and sales objectives, analyze market trends, and boost brand awareness. A minimum of 10 years in marketing and fluency in Arabic are required; immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience
• Strong experience in Specialty Coffee or Food & Beverage industry highly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and website management
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that generate business growth
• Arabic speaker required
• Immediate joiner only
