Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks a strategic Head of Marketing to lead the department and drive growth across channels.

You will shape the marketing strategy and annual plan, oversee all marketing activities, and manage budgets to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing social media, digital campaigns, and the website; coordinating with designers, agencies, photographers and influencers; and analyzing KPIs to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and F&B markets.
• Experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
• Leadership to develop and manage a marketing department.
• Excellent communication, organizational and project-management skills.
• Arabic speaker; immediate joiner.

Requirements

• Experience planning marketing for new product launches and new branch openings
• Strong leadership skills to fully manage and develop the marketing department
• Excellent communication, organizational, creative and project-management skills
• Ability to manage agencies, designers, photographers and influencers
• Arabic speaker; immediate joiner

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE/GCC F&B marketing experience
