Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking a marketing professional to develop and execute strategies for coffee products, equipment, and café operations in Abu Dhabi. The role emphasizes digital campaigns, social media engagement, and content creation to drive footfall and revenue.

You will collaborate with sales, operations and external partners to launch campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize brand activations across channels. A strong background in Marketing and communications is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
• 3-5 years of marketing experience in coffee or Food & Beverage industry
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO, online advertising and content creation
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and campaign measurement
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for coffee products, equipment and café business
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads and email marketing
• Create engaging content for social media, websites and promotional materials
• Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions and in-store brand activations
• Conduct market research on customer trends and competitor activity
• Work with sales and operations teams to increase footfall and revenue
• Manage relationships with agencies, designers, photographers and influencers
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics and report recommendations
