Job summary

Smith+Naphew in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager, Joint Repair, to shape growth across Emerging Markets. You will translate strategy into market-ready plans, working with regional, global, and in-country teams to identify opportunities and build compelling campaigns.

A major focus is bringing products to market, developing positioning, and coordinating launches across the region. You will lead multichannel campaigns, equip sales teams with evidence and tools, and work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or life sciences; MBA would be an advantage.
5–7 years in Medical Devices Marketing or the medical industry, with orthopaedics and Sports Medicine experience.
Experience in product launches, marketing strategy, market research and regional/international business.
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills in English.

Responsibilities

Translate strategy into sustainable growth across Emerging Markets.
Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies; coordinate launches.
Create multichannel campaigns and sales enablement tools.
Collaborate with regional/global teams and key customers/KOLs.
Use market research and performance data to identify opportunities.
