Job summary

Smith Nephew in Dubai (UAE) seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Manager, Joint Repair, to drive growth across Emerging Markets with regional, global and in-country teams. You will shape go-to-market strategies, manage product launches, develop multichannel campaigns, and provide tools and training to sales teams while engaging key customers and KOLs.

You will use market insights and performance data to identify opportunities, build compelling business cases and lead cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or life sciences; MBA an advantage
5–7 years in Medical Devices Marketing or medical industry
Experience in orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, arthroscopy preferred
Strong track record in product launches, marketing strategy, market research and regional/international business

Responsibilities

Translate strategy into sustainable growth across Emerging Markets.
Collaborate with regional, global and in-country teams to identify opportunities and build marketing plans.
Shape go-to-market strategies and coordinate launches across the region.
Develop multichannel campaigns and provide tools, evidence and training to sales teams.
Engage key customers and KOLs to inform plans and educational initiatives.
