Job summary

Smith & Nephew is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Joint Repair to drive growth across Emerging Markets. You will translate market insight into priorities, coordinate launches, and develop multi-channel campaigns while supporting sales with tools and training. Travel up to 40% is required.

You will collaborate with regional, global and in-country teams, leveraging sports medicine knowledge and strong communication skills to build winning plans and educate stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or life sciences.
• Master's degree or MBA would be an advantage.
• At least 5 to 7 years in Medical Devices Marketing or the medical industry, with orthopaedics and Sports Medicine experience.
• Strong experience in launches, marketing strategy, market research, and regional/international business.
• Experience in sales force effectiveness and key account management would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• English fluency to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate market and customer insight into clear product priorities and regional go-to-market strategies.
• Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns and supporting tools for sales teams.
• Coordinate launches across Emerging Markets and monitor performance.
• Lead market research, pricing and budgeting to drive business cases.
• Collaborate with regional, global and in-country teams and KOLs to inform plans.
