Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Marketing & Communications, ideally in the finance or insurance business or other relevant industries.
• Marketing degree or longstanding in-depth marketing & communications expertise

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketing and communications for the geographic cluster.
• Develop plan to raise awareness and growth of cluster and AIG offerings.
• Create corporate material for outlets, including change communications.
• Draft and manage communications for the GM and Senior Management, internally and externally.
• Oversee digital channels for the cluster, including intranet, external site, and social media.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives including DEI programmes.
• Plan events for clients and brokers including town halls and webinars.
• Contribute to planning and organisation of public affairs and thought leadership initiatives.
