Ventures Middle East (VME) is seeking a seasoned Research Manager for its Market Research Department. You will lead project planning, manage resources and budgets, and ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

You will build proposals, deliver actionable recommendations, and maintain strong client relationships while guiding the project team to high-quality outcomes. The role requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's and a Master's degree, and mandatory Arabic fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degrees required.
• 7–10 years of experience as a Research Manager with proven sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing the project plan.
• Managing project activities, resources and budget.
• Delivering projects within deadlines and client satisfaction.
• Ensuring contracts are in place before commissioning projects.
• Issuing invoices on time per contract or invoicing schedule.
• Ensuring payments are received on time.
• Obtaining release/completion letters from clients.
• Ensuring performance bonds are released when applicable.
• Developing proposals for market research studies.
• Developing conclusions and actionable recommendations.
• Managing projects and client meetings.
• Contributing to deliverables and structuring the project framework.
• Interacting with clients and leading project teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
