Job summary

Binance is seeking a Market Supervision Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee market integrity monitoring and member supervision activities under FSRA framework. The role involves end-to-end supervision, escalation, and regulatory communications with HoMS review.

You will manage due diligence for Members and Remote Members, draft advisory responses, and support governance with robust record-keeping. The position requires experience in market supervision or regulatory affairs, KYC/KYB review expertise,

Qualifications

• Experience in market supervision or regulatory affairs within financial markets.
• Ability to assess KYC/KYB documentation and risk indicators.
• Strong drafting skills for regulatory submissions and memoranda.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrity monitoring and member supervision workflows across the market infrastructure.
• Prepare regulatory submissions, RFIs, and supervisory assurance packs.
• Maintain due diligence pipelines for Members and Remote Members.
• Conduct evidence-based reviews and escalate to HoMS as needed.
• Support product launches and market-model changes with regulatory touchpoints.
