Binance is seeking a Market Supervision professional in the UAE to oversee integrity monitoring and member supervision within the ADGM framework. You will coordinate with Market Surveillance, handle due diligence for prospective Members and Remote Members, and ensure compliance with rulebooks during ongoing supervision.

The role emphasizes analytical work, documentation, and governance, with a focus on independent, evidence-based decision-making and regulatory liaison.

Qualificações

• Experience in market supervision, surveillance, or regulatory affairs in a financial services setting.
• Ability to review KYC/KYB materials and perform risk assessments with clear documentation.
• Strong drafting discipline and evidence-based reasoning for regulatory submissions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as interface with Market Surveillance on alerts, referrals and data requests.
• Triage surveillance alerts and document closure rationale with escalation if needed.
• Prepare escalation packs for HoMS review with facts and rule references.
• Maintain investigation files and ensure audit-ready records.
• Track open integrity matters to closure within set timelines.
• Draft integrity-related responses and regulatory briefings for HoMS.
• Oversee end-to-end member admission due diligence and ongoing supervision.
