Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a Senior Marine Projects Specialist (Emirati) for a Dubai government entity. The role focuses on leading marine, coastal, and waterfront projects in Dubai, coordinating design, procurement, and construction with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering/architecture background with 10+ years in engineering and project management, and strong FIDIC and scheduling tool experience (Primavera P6 / MS Project). Emirati preference noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering/project management.
• Experience in coastal, marine, waterfront, beach, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, and project management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of marine, coastal, waterfront, beach, and landscape projects.
• Manage design, construction, timelines, quality, and technical requirements.
• Oversee contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage FIDIC-based contracts, variations, claims, and contractual matters.
• Ensure projects meet quality, sustainability, HSE, and applicable technical standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and key milestones.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve project-related challenges.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
