Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai seeks a Principal Marine Projects Engineer with 10–12 years of coastal and marine engineering experience, focusing on design of coastal protection structures such as breakwaters, groynes and revetments, and on beach design. The role requires advanced knowledge of coastal processes and data analysis.

The successful candidate will lead project coordination, ensure design quality, and drive coastal monitoring activities in collaboration with the Public Beaches & Waterways

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in coastal/marine engineering.
• Experience in the design of coastal protection structures, including breakwaters, groynes, and revetments.
• Strong experience in beach design and coastal engineering projects.
• Good understanding of coastal processes and their application to engineering design.
• Experience in coastal monitoring and analysis of monitoring data.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Coastal Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
