Job summary
ADNOC Logistics & Services seeks an experienced Lead for Petroleum Ports Operations to oversee safe, reliable and cost‑effective marine services. You will drive regulatory compliance, daily fleet management, and continuous improvement across multiple stations and vessels, coordinating with Marine Superintendents and support teams.
Strong leadership and reporting skills are essential. The role requires STCW II/2 Unlimited or equivalent, Master Mariner qualification, and at least 15 years in
Qualifications
- Master Mariner Certificate of Competency or equivalent.
- STCW 95 II/2 Unlimited or equivalent.
- 15+ years in Marine/Offshore with operations, fleet management or vessel assurance experience.
- Strong knowledge of STCW, ISO, IMO and port/client requirements.
- Experience in audits, inspections, incidents, and client service delivery.
- Leadership and ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily management of marine operations and fleet activities for 24/7 service.
- Monitor fleet availability, utilization and readiness; resolve bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with Marine Superintendents and stations to improve reliability and safety.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and safety standards.
- Manage 24/7 operations, drive continuous improvement and performance reporting.
