Job summary

ADNOC L&S is seeking a seasoned Marine Operations leader to drive safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution of Petroleum Ports operations across the fleet. You will ensure regulatory compliance, fleet readiness and stakeholder satisfaction while aligning with ADNOC L&S strategic objectives.

Lead 24/7 operations, monitor fleet performance, and coordinate with Marine Superintendents and support departments to enhance safety, service continuity and efficiency across projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Marine and Offshore Industry with operations and fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of STCW, ISO, IMO and port/state regulations.
• Experience in audits, inspections and client service delivery.
• Ability to manage 24/7 operations and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in English with ability to prepare reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 marine operations and fleet activities to ensure safe, reliable service.
• Monitor fleet availability and service continuity; resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with marine superintendents, vessels, stations and support departments to improve reliability and safety.
• Perform vessel visits and ensure timely follow-up on observations and improvement actions.
• Implement HSE controls to meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Support risk investigations and coordinate corrective actions with HSE.
• Contribute to vessel lifecycle planning and fleet optimization.
• Participate in vessel specification reviews and shipyard coordination.
