Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai seeks an experienced maritime operations leader to drive strategic plans and oversee fleet operations and maintenance. You will manage schedules, contracts, and safety programs to ensure reliable, cost-efficient services across marine transport modes.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Marine/Mechanical Engineering or Maritime Operations and 12+ years of relevant experience, with PMP, NEBOSH IGC, and CMRP certifications. UAE national only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Maritime Operations.
• 12+ years experience (14+ years if you hold a Bachelor's degree).
• Certifications: PMP, NEBOSH IGC, CMRP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategic and operational plans for maritime transport operations and maintenance.
• Oversee fleet operations, scheduling, and maintenance to ensure asset lifecycle efficiency.
• Govern budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs to improve safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with RTA quality, safety, and ethics standards across operations.
