Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive fleet management strategies to optimize performance and minimize operational costs.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules inspections and repairs to ensure operational readiness of all vessels.
• Manage and mentor the fleet personnel ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and training.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure service quality and address any operational concerns.
• Manage fleet-related budgets control expenditures and analyze financial performance.
• Ensure effective communication between departments to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends technological advancements and regulatory changes affecting fleet operations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on fleet status and performance to senior management.
