Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a seasoned production supervisor to oversee marble processing from block to dispatch, ensuring high quality and achievement of production targets. You will oversee cutting, polishing, and finishing operations, and enforce strict quality controls across all stages of production.

The role requires leading a team of factory workers, training staff on safety and best practices, and continuously optimizing processes to maximize efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in marble/stone processing factory environment.
• Experience managing production lines and supervising skilled labor in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of marble types and their properties and optimal processing techniques (cutting, polishing, finishing).

Responsibilities

• Oversee marble processing workflow from raw block inspection to finished product dispatch.
• Manage and optimize operation of marble cutting, polishing, and finishing machinery; troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures at each stage and inspect marble for defects and consistency.
• Supervise and train a team of factory workers, fostering safety and productivity while guiding best practices.
