Job summary

AD Ports Group seeks a Senior Development Manager to lead multiple, large-scale development projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with internal and external consultants to achieve project outcomes and drive value across industrial, residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors.

The role covers master planning, infrastructure, landscaping and public realm, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards while aligning with strategic goals.

• Oversee end-to-end development including feasibility studies, approvals, design coordination, construction monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

You will be responsible for leading multiple, medium to large scale, strategic or complex development projects from inception to completion. Collaborate and coordinate with multi-disciplinary internal and external consultants, and stakeholders to achieve the required project outcomes.

The Senior Development Manager will provide support and delivery expertise in real estate developments across a broad spectrum of sectors including (but not exclusively) Industrial, Residential, Commercial Office, Retail & Hospitality. As well as Master Planning, Infrastructure, landscaping and Public Realm.

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end development process of assigned real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. The role involves managing feasibility studies, securing approvals, coordinating design, monitoring construction, and engaging with stakeholders to maximize project value.
