ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Manager - Special Projects to lead a portfolio of Group Commercial initiatives, drive transformation, improve commercial outcomes, and strengthen operational reliability across ADNOC Group.

This role requires deep program management experience, stakeholder alignment, benefits realization, and risk management to deliver high-value initiatives that support performance, integrity, efficiency, and sustainability.

Qualifications

15+ years in project management, transformation, or commercial special projects.
At least 7 years in managerial roles with teams, resources, budgets and project delivery.
Experience leading cross-functional programs across functions and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin, or PM is required.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of Group Commercial Special Projects aligned with strategic objectives and operational goals.
Manage a portfolio focused on improving commercial outcomes, reliability, governance, and process efficiency.
Drive transformation initiatives including process redesign, operating model improvements, and digital enablement.
Define project scope, objectives, benefits, risks, stakeholders, and milestones.
Monitor progress, benefits realization, risks, and stakeholder readiness throughout the lifecycle.
