Landmark Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager – Finance Shared Services to safeguard revenue streams through robust controls, accurate billing, data validation, and continuous process transformation. You will lead a team within the Shared Services Center and partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and Senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with strong finance shared services exposure.
• 7–12 years of experience in Finance Shared Services, Revenue Assurance or O2C, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record leading transformational or digitalization projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end revenue integrity across order-to-cash, billing, invoicing and collections.
• Design and monitor internal controls to prevent revenue leakage and perform variance analysis.
• Lead large-scale process transformation initiatives to drive efficiency and automation.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, IT and Commercial.
• Deliver revenue assurance MIS, dashboards and KPI reporting for senior leadership.
