You will synthesize insights by business unit and channel, highlighting top performers and laggards for timely interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or accounting required.
• Chartered Accountant qualification
• 7–8 years of FP&A experience in a large matrix organisation

Responsabilités

• Prepare periodical financial performance reporting with actionable insights for management.
• Review balance sheet and cashflow to aid decision making.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with brands and countries.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to automate reporting processes.
• Oversee budgeting process from conception to board-ready presentations.
• Support strategy planning and publishing templates for leadership reviews.
• Lead inhouse projects like category and stock analyses as directed.
• Develop and publish SOPs and guidelines for finance processes.
• Support year-end closure and alignment with guidelines across entities
