Dubai Holding in Dubai is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of master community infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, and telecom networks. You will develop feasibility studies, budgets and revenue forecasts while coordinating with authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure regulatory approvals are met.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil or Structural engineering.
• 10–12 years of experience with at least 4+ years in a senior managerial role in infrastructure.
• Experience with large property developers, municipal corporations or major utility providers.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic infrastructure plans.
• Ability to appoint suitable contractors and consultants to support delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning and delivery of Master Community infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, drainage, sewage, waste management, district cooling, and telecom networks.
• Develop project feasibility studies, budgets, business plans, revenue forecasts, and profitability projections.
• Coordinate with government authorities, utilities providers, consultants, and contractors to secure regulatory approvals and ensure project requirements are met.
• Review and approve infrastructure designs, drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and project documentation; lead technical discussions with consultants and project teams.
• Support tender preparation, evaluation, cost estimation, and contractor/consultant selection for infrastructure works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to approved designs and specifications.
• Manage project variations, technical issues, and corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of critical risks impacting cost, schedule, or quality.
• Monitor project budgets and actual expenditure, identify cost variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain financial control.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying international best practices, relevant standards, and improved processes across infrastructure project delivery.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Civil or Structural engineering or Qualified engineer with a successful track record in designs related to infrastructure & utilities services.
• Min 10-12 years' experience with at least 4+ years' experience in a senior managerial level in Infrastructure department for a large property developer/or with a Municipal Corporation/City Communities/ or with a Major Utility Provider like DEWA, ADWEA, or Private Units.
• Ability to develop and implement a strategic plan for infrastructure projects.
• Being able to appoint suitable contractors and consultants to support delivery of Road and utilities projects.
