Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead the SHARE Ecommerce design across mobile and web. You will mentor designers and partner with Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing to define strategy and deliver customer-centric experiences.

You will drive end-to-end design, conduct research and usability testing, and ensure consistency through design systems while upholding accessibility and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience across mobile and web.
• Proven ability to lead user-centered design from research to delivery.
• Strong skills in design leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering apps on App Store and/or Play Store.
• Balanced strategic thinking with data-driven execution and fast-paced delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse teams.

The Senior Manager, Product Design will lead design for the SHARE Ecommerce ecosystem, creating seamless and customer-focused digital experiences across mobile and web platforms. The role partners with cross-functional teams to drive design strategy, innovation, and usability, while mentoring designers and ensuring high-quality product experiences aligned with Majid Al Futtaim’s customer experience standards.

Role Profile

• Lead product design across the SHARE platform within the SHOP pod.
• Define and drive the design vision for digital customer journeys and experiences.
• Create intuitive, scalable, and customer‑centric product experiences aligned with business goals.
• Lead the end‑to‑end design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Ensure design excellence and consistency through design systems, reusable components, and established standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams throughout product discovery and delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and develop product designers while fostering creativity and continuous improvement.
• Drive measurable impact through improved customer experience, engagement, retention, design quality, and team performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience with strong UX/UI expertise across mobile and web platforms.
• Proven ability to lead user‑centered design, from research and prototyping to delivery of high‑quality digital products.
• Strong skills in design leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience delivering and scaling customer‑focused digital products, including apps launched on the App Store and/or Play Store.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking, innovation, data‑driven decision‑making, and fast‑paced execution while maintaining design excellence.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills, with a passion for inclusive design, accessibility, continuous improvement, and customer advocacy.
