Job summary

Petrofac is seeking a highly experienced Manager – Mechanical Rotating to lead a team of engineers and designers across the project life cycle. You will review ITT, optimize scope, manage budgets, and coordinate with procurement, planning, and clients to ensure on-schedule delivery and compliance with HSE and quality standards.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and about 20 years of EPC/oil and gas experience, with strong leadership and contractor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of engineers and designers across proposal engineering and project execution.
• Review ITT, identify scope and technical requirements, and manage risks and opportunities.
• Review equipment costs, man-hour estimates, and ensure deliverables meet scope and budget.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, and client teams to meet schedule and budget constraints.
