Job summary

Petrofac is seeking a Deputy Manager - Rotating Equipment & Packages to lead a team of engineers through conceptual to detailed design, ensure compliance with tender specs, and manage budgets and schedules for onshore oil & gas projects.

The role requires strong leadership and extensive FEED/EPC experience, with focus on equipment sizing, vendor coordination, and client interfaces. Hybrid working with office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and ~20 years in oil & gas projects.
• Experience leading engineering teams through FEED/EPC phases.
• Strong vendor and procurement coordination with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and designers from concept to detailed design.
• Review ITT, scope, and technical requirements; manage risk and cost.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors; ensure schedule and budget adherence.
