Talent Tide is hiring a client-side Senior Manager – Mechanical for a leading Dubai-based real estate developer. You’ll lead the mechanical scope across large-scale developments, from concept to handover.

The role requires 12+ years of UAE/GCC experience, with 3–4+ years in design consultancy or design-review experience, plus solid contracting exposure. Based in the UAE, this senior position focuses on delivering complex projects with strong leadership responsibilities.

• Developer-side experience is preferred. Strong MEP contractor candidates with good design-management exposure will also be considered.
