Job summary

TalentsTide, a Dubai-based recruitment specialist, seeks a Senior Manager – Electrical to lead the electrical scope on major residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments from concept to handover.

The role requires 12+ years of UAE-exposed experience, a strong mix of design, contracting, and client-side delivery, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering. Based on-site in the UAE with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end project experience from early design through handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design reviews at concept, schematic, tender and IFC stages.
• Manage and challenge MEP consultants and contractors.
• Drive DEWA/SEWA, SIRA and ICT/telecom approvals and NOCs.
• Support tenders, technical evaluations and pre-award activities.
• Oversee shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, testing, commissioning, energization and handover.
• Flag programme, procurement and resource risks early across multiple projects.

Talent Tide is partnering with a leading Dubai-based real estate developer to hire a client-side Senior Manager – Electrical. You’ll lead the electrical scope on major residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments, from concept to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design reviews at the concept, schematic, tender and IFC stages
• Manage and challenge MEP consultants and contractors
• Drive DEWA/SEWA, SIRA and ICT/telecom approvals and NOCs
• Support tenders, technical evaluations and pre-award activities
• Oversee shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, testing, commissioning, energization and handover
• Flag programme, procurement and resource risks early, across several projects at once

Experience Required

• 12+ years of experience, ideally with strong UAE exposure
• A mix of design, contracting and developer/client-side delivery
• End-to-end project experience from early design through handover
• Currently based in the UAE
• Developer-side background is preferred. Strong design-and-build or MEP contractor profiles with client-facing and handover experience are also welcome.
