Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Senior Manager - Mechanical to lead the mechanical scope across large-scale developments from concept to handover.

You will review designs, manage MEP consultants and contractors, coordinate approvals with Dubai Municipality, DCD and DEWA, and drive tenders, shop drawings, testing and commissioning across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 12+ years UAE/GCC exposure.
• Hands-on HVAC, district cooling, plumbing, drainage and firefighting experience.
• 3-4+ years in design consultancy or design-review with contracting exposure.
• End-to-end delivery from concept through handover; currently based in UAE.

Talent Tide is hiring a client-side Senior Manager - Mechanical for a leading Dubai-based real estate developer. You'll lead the mechanical scope across large-scale developments, from concept to handover.

What we're looking for:
