Role: Senior Manager - HR - Business Partner - [ Emirati Talent ]

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to our business leaders. In this role, you will align human resources initiatives with business objectives, drive performance and culture, and provide expert HR guidance to support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate is experienced in developing people strategies, resolving complex employee relations issues, and partnering with leadership to influence and execute workforce plans. You will be instrumental in shaping a positive work environment and ensuring HR policies and procedures support the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation to deliver HR programs.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role (typically 5+ years).
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders across levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
