Etihad Airways is seeking a Senior Manager, Alliances & Joint Ventures to lead and shape the global partnership strategy. You will drive governance, commercial value, and cross-functional alignment across interline, codeshare, and joint venture initiatives.

You will manage complex partnerships, deliver business cases, and mentor a high-caliber team while reporting to senior leadership on performance and opportunities to expand loyalty, revenue, and passenger experience.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in Alliances, Network, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, or similar commercial roles within an airline.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement long-term strategies for alliances and joint ventures to boost network competitiveness and commercial value.
• 1 Lead strategic discussions with partner airlines on block space, interline expansions, and joint venture collaboration.
• 2 Drive partnership-enabled revenue performance across a portfolio exceeding $200M, ensuring contractual compliance and commercial outcomes.
• 3 Oversee development, maintenance, and governance of all partnership agreements including Interline & SPA contracts and JV arrangements.
• 4 Ensure regulatory, commercial, and operational compliance across partnership activities.
• 5 Lead end-to-end development of new or expanded interline, codeshare, and JV partnerships with business case development and governance.
• 6 Track, analyze, and report partnership-driven revenue and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• 7 Identify opportunities to expand partnership value across loyalty, marketing, passenger, procurement, customer experience, and operational collaboration.
• 8 Provide senior-level recommendations on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• 9 Mentor and develop junior team members to foster analytical discipline and commercial thinking.
