Job summary

Agility is seeking an experienced finance leader to join the FP&A organization as Senior Manager, FP&A & Value Creation. This role will evaluate the financial and operational performance beyond reported results, identify the key levers that drive enterprise value, and partner with senior leaders to shape planning and investment decisions.

The role will provide senior leaders with decision-oriented analysis, actionable recommendations, and forward-looking insight to support business planning,

Responsibilities

• Evaluate performance beyond reported results across commercial, operational, cash flow, capital-efficiency, and return-based drivers.
• Establish tracking mechanisms to monitor value-creation initiatives and ensure accountability for delivery.
• Challenge operating management assumptions with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
• Lead forward-looking financial analysis connecting operational assumptions to financial outcomes.
• Prepare insightful performance reviews explaining variances and trends.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support planning, forecasting, initiatives and investments.
• Lead valuations, scenario analysis, investment cases, and assessments of strategic alternatives.
• Assess financial and strategic implications of different operating and investment scenarios, including sensitivities, risks, returns, funding requirements, and potential downside outcomes.
• Provide clear, decision-oriented analysis and recommendations to senior executives and business leadership.
• AI Tool Fluency: Expectation to use internal generative AI platforms to query proprietary data and large datasets

The successful candidate will combine strong FP&A, strategic finance, valuation, financial modelling, and business partnering capabilities with a practical understanding of commercial, operational, and capital-efficiency drivers.
