You will partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to optimize business performance and ensure compliance in financial reporting. The ideal candidate has 10–12 years of finance experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP. This role is critical for shaping the financial strategy and operational efficiency of the organization.

Qualifications

Mai Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to play a key role in driving financial governance, cost efficiency, and operational productivity across the organization. This position partners closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to optimize business performance while ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Audit

• Prepare accurate financial statements and lead monthly/annual closings.
• Manage audits and provide financial data to DEWA.
• Support profitability analysis with business insights.

Operational Financial Oversight

• Partner with operations and supply chain to improve financial performance.
• Monitor cost structures and provide KPI-driven insights.

Cost Management

• Lead costing, cost analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Maintain SAP product cost data and ensure Material Ledger closure.

Payables & Treasury Management

• Manage payables, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity.
• Optimize working capital and vendor payment cycles.

Fixed Assets Management

• Maintain accurate asset records and depreciation.
• Oversee tagging, reconciliations, and audits.

Inventory & Supply Chain Controls

• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting.
• Strengthen controls, reconciliations, and improve turnover.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

• Enforce controls, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Manage VAT, corporate tax, transfer pricing, ICV, and ICFR requirements.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor finance team members.
• Drive accountability, improvement, and provide strategic financial guidance.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CIMA required; Master’s preferred)
• Experience: 10–12 years in finance, with strong exposure to operational finance, treasury, audit, and compliance.
• Knowledge: Cost accounting, fixed asset management, governance frameworks, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, leadership, and excellent communication skills.
