Job summary

AD Ports Group invites applications for a senior programme manager to lead the rollout of financial frameworks and ERP systems across international ports. You will own the project plan, coordinate with the ERP vendor, finance, and IT, and ensure timely delivery of all milestones.

The role includes designing the chart of accounts, configuring payroll modules, and coordinating with local teams to ensure alignment with ADPG accounting policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA or CFA certification required.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion / ERP implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard financial frameworks for all international ports.
• Own rollout plan for the portfolio and implement financial processes and systems for new ports companies across the world.
• Onboard local teams to ADPG accounting policies, systems etc.
• Design the chart of accounts with the ERP vendor in preparation for upload to the new Finance Module.
• Document payroll process and HR module configuration requirements.
• Manage Oracle Fusion implementation projects with vendor, Finance and IT from initiation to closing for international ports.
• Design and implement integration between port systems and Oracle.
• Prepare project documentation: timelines, requirements, process maps, solution designs and change management plans.
• Chair and minuting regular project team meetings to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
• Track project schedule against milestones and update sponsors on progress and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain standard financial frameworks for all international ports.
• Own the rollout plan for the portfolio and timely role out financial processes and systems for new ports companies across the world.
• Ensure local teams are trained and onboarded (in relation ADPG accounting policies, systems etc)
• Work with Finance and the ERP vendor to review and design the financial chart of accounts in preparation for upload to the new Finance Module.
• Work with (support) HR and the ERP vendor to document the payroll process and related requirements for configuration of the HR and Payroll modules.
• Manage the overall Oracle Fusion implementation projects in partnership with the ERP Vendor, Corporate Finance and IT from initiation, planning, execution to closing for international ports
• Work with the ERP vendor and IT to design and implement the integration between the operational ports systems and Oracle
• Contribute to the preparation of project documentation for each implementation phase such as timelines, requirements, process maps, solution designs and change management plans.
• Ensure effective communications and expectations with internal and external stakeholders by chairing and minuting regular project team meetings.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery for all project related action items and deliverables.
• Keep track of the project schedule against milestones. Analyze project progress and costs when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
• Prepare periodic summary progress updates to project sponsors including completed work, upcoming work and any risks the project faces.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination among the team as well as with other departments and external partners.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely implementation of ADPG process and systems for effective integration of new international ports
• Ensure a robust performance management framework in place by having the right process and systems
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that the company's financial goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
• Chartered accountancy or suitable accounting qualification is essential (CPA or CFA)
