Job summary

Dubai Holding Land Estates is seeking a senior Infrastructure Planning professional to lead technical assessments of dry utilities across Dubai Holding developments, ensuring alignment with master plans and sustainability goals.

You will coordinate with government authorities and service providers (DEWA, RTA, Dubai Municipality, Empower, Etisalat, du) and manage RFIs, NOCs, and multi‑discipline teams to deliver efficient, compliant infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Infrastructure Engineering per the job listing.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, or Project Management preferred.
• PMP/CEng/PE or equivalent accreditation is an advantage.
• 12–15 years in infrastructure planning and utilities coordination for large real estate developments.
• At least 5 years in a senior managerial role overseeing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, review, and execution of technical assessments for dry utilities (power, telecom, gas, etc.).
• Coordinate with DEWA, RTA, Dubai Municipality, Empower, Etisalat, du, and other authorities.
• Provide technical input to master planning teams on infrastructure implications of land-use changes.
• Assess feasibility and methods for infrastructure solutions balancing performance, cost, and sustainability.
• Manage third-party interfaces, RFIs, NOCs, and ensure timely approvals.
