Qualifications

• 6 years of Banking experience with at least 3 years in credit risk.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical abilities with verbal and written communication and report writing skills.
• People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion and update of credit proposals/renewals and monitor allocated portfolios.
• Assess financial data spreads and perform trend and ratio analyses; report updates.
• Review risks and develop action plans to mitigate impact and protect portfolio health.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet TATs and support business development.
• Lead the team and ensure targets are achieved in line with policies and business plan.
