Mastercard in the UAE is seeking a Manager, Customer Solutions Centre Go-to-Market & Product Commercialization for co-badged credit portfolios. You will define product tiers, CVPs, pricing and interchange inputs; drive issuer adoption; manage key ecosystem stakeholders and lead successful launch and scale-up of programs to grow portfolio size, spend activation and revenue.

• Deep understanding of consumer credit card products, portfolio economics, rewards, and loyalty programs.
• Experience developing and managing premium and mass-market card propositions.
• Demonstrated ability to build product strategies, business cases, and commercialization plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior client and internal audiences.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling payment or card product.

Responsabilités

• Define the co-badge credit product strategy, roadmap, tier architecture, pricing/CVP inputs and interchange approach.
• Align product plans with UAE market objectives, regulatory requirements and issuer/customer needs.
• Monitor adoption, spend behaviour, profitability and portfolio performance.
• Design differentiated CVPs across tiers; develop benefit frameworks across travel, lounge access, dining, rewards, cashback, digital/e-commerce, insurance.
